Peter Anderson, Steve McCarthy and Chris Schmid

Morning Fill Up kicked off in November 2014 with a panel of Rapid City residents and leaders in the revitalization of the downtown area, including Peter Anderson, president of MAC Construction and a co-founder of The Garage, Steve McCarthy, president of McCarthy Properties and a developer of historic buildings, and Chris Schmid, owner and manager of Schmid Insurance, who grew up four blocks away from the former Motor Service Building and developed a passion for classic cars through a relationship with John Morrisson, son of the founder of the Motor Service Building.
